What is NPS?
The NPS for any given brand is a whole number ranging from -100 to 100 that
provides an indicator of customer satisfaction. The higher the number, the more
satisfaciton.
To calculate the NPS, count all the responses, group the responses by type, then subtract the percentage of detractors
from the percentage of promoters:
NPS = (% Promoters) - (% Detractors)
Promoters and Detractors are determined by their response to the NPS question, "How likely are you to recommend SatoshiVPN to a friend or colleague? 0 - 10"
The response types are categorized as follows:
Detractors: 0,1,2,3,4,5,6
Passives: 7,8
Promoters: 9,10
